Project #1

The pop culture topic that I chose for project 1 is sports. I believe that sports are a great pop culture topic because they bring people together and seem to have a great power to create a common interest between people. I have always had a huge obsession with sports ever since I was little. If any sport is on TV I will %100 of the time get distracted by it. As of right now I have not chose my three artifacts that I am going to rhetorically analyze. I am thinking about analyzing some classic games in sports such as the the 2014 Super Bowl or maybe the Warriors 2015/2016 season. I like how much freedom we have in this project to choose our own topic. I feel like I am better suited to express myself through this project, as I have complete creative control. I have been writing a rough outline i order to organize my thoughts for this paper.The most challenging thing about this project so far has been just choosing a topic out of all the topics that I can write about. After finally choosing a topic and actually willing myself to start writing the project was the key step in getting through this project.
